After reading the proposed rule on Bell Helicopter, I believe that is not only right
but mandate that this regulation be enforced. Under the grounds of 14 Codes of
Federal Regulations Part 39 Bell Helicopter Model 206A, 206 b, 206L, 206L-1,
206L-3, 206L-4, 222, 222B, 222U, 230, 407, 427, 430 rotor blade are not
airworthy. After the incidents that have taken place prior to the Emergency A.D.
the cost of life outweighs the cost of changing the current rotor blades. FAA must
change the primary rotor blades that have been too heavy that have had effected
the control of the pilot on the helicopter.
