Compliance with SB 601R-24-123 Original issue dated November 13, 2006 (page 7 of 14 attached) or Revision ?A? dated December 7, 2006 (page 15 of 18 attached) should be acceptable as the technical content did not change. The primary changes in Revision ?B? dated February 16, 2007, (pages 17 through 22 attached) although the SB was divided into ?Parts? were adding all steps as if no version of the SB had been accomplished, changes to the tray marking (which we do not do) and a change in the interchangeability code as to be ?Qualified Interchangeability.? If this NPRM is to go to AD please modify the verbiage in paragraph (h) to include: inspection of and corrective actions, as applicable performed in accordance with SB 601R-24-123 Original issue dated November 13, 2006 or revision "A" dated December 7, 2006 is considered acceptable and constitutes terminating action for the requirements of this AD.
