[Docket No. FAA-2007-0218; Directorate Identifier 92-ANE-56-AD] In your proposed Airworthiness Directive (AD) you wish to exempt engines that have a maintenance manual that deals with this subject. How is the mechanic to know if he doesn't have access to that manual unless you list the specific engines that are not applicable to the AD. Either make it fuel injected Lycoming Engines and list the applicable and non applicable engines, or don't change the AD.
