Reference NPRM FAA-2007-0223. ReadyJetGo is intending to operate as an air carrier in 2008 with three Boeing 727-200 series aircraft. ReadyJetGo requests that the FAA consider extending the terminating replacement requirement IAW Part II of Boeing SB 727-55-0089 from 18 months to 24 months. A 24 month requirement will allow aircraft maintained under MSG-3 to be modified during a scheduled heavy maintenance visit. The 18 month requirement may require operators to take aircraft out of service prior to their schedule heavy maintenance visit.
