Florida West does not object to performing the check/replacement of the clevis
pins provided there are parts available to support the replacement. We would like
to recommend that under Compliance Section of the NPRM item e) be change
from "within 18 months or 4500 flight hours after the effective date of this AD,
whichever occurs first" to "within 18 months or 6000 flight hours after the effective
date of this AD, whichever occurs first". This will place the interval at the
equivalent C-check cycle outlined in the MPD.
