The NPRM uses the term Type Certificate Holder (TCH) to refer to DeHavilland Support Ltd (DHSL) which is the design organisation that has published the reference service information. The published version of the Type Certificate Data Sheet for the Beagle B 121 that appears on the FAA website is A22EU Revision 3 dated July 19, 1979. This incorrectly shows the TCH as British Aerospace Aircraft Group, Scottish Division, who relinquished reponsibility for this aircraft type in November 2002 when the TC was transferred to DHSL.
