Boeing requests that all 747-400 aircraft converted to the 747-400 Boeing Converted Freighter (BCF) configuration be excluded from the requirements of this AD. As part of the conversion to the 747-400BCF configuration, the unsafe condition identified in paragraph (d) of this AD is eliminated. Refer to attachment for further details.
