Michael B. Rahm, Director of Operations, NJI, Inc. submitts a request to extend exemption number 9752 reference 14 CFR 135.225 (f). Regulatory Docket No. FAA-2007-27018. NJI, Inc. has been operating sucessfully under this exemption since September 8th, 2008. This exemption has proven to enhance our operational capabilities as well allow us to operate more efficiently.
