Sirs I use V305 in flying from UMP to MKL and back, especially in the winter. I would not be opposed to this change if you can move WEGEE intersection to the east so as to not have to close V305 below 4,100' msl when crane is active. If you cannot move WEGEE this would effectively close me out form using V305 when ceilings are low and the temperature is below 40 degrees. Sincerely Thomas E. Elam Private Pilot Carmel IN
