I am against implementation of ADS-B and support NO Action to implement this
system!
This system would be extremely costly to implement and provide little to no
benefit to general aviation users. The installation of the required equipment might
even exceed the market value of some of the aircraft that would be required to have
it.
The Capstone project showed there are benefits for flying in Alaska, but flying in
the lower 48 is much different and there has been no data that there will be
significant benefits to general aviation operators here.
I repeat: I am against implementation of ADS-B and support NO Action to
implement this system!
