I would like to suggest that the FAA equip all Class "B", "C" and "D" airspace
control towers and approach controls with equipment that will receive both
Mode "C" transponder signal and ADDS-B signals so that small aircraft with small
instrument panels need only have one type of device. When an LSA is being
equipped, weight as well as price is a function of the type and amount of
equipment installed.
It is also necessary to give something back to the GA community. Supply us
with ADDS-B In at the same time.
Do these and you will have a lot more ready compliance.
