The proposed T-259 route cuts directly through one of the most intense training areas in Northern California. There is intensive training of new pilots in the box contained between the following airfields: KLVK, C83, KSCK, 1Q4,and KTCY. A large amount of maneuvering between 2000 feet and 6000 feet. Simulated engine outs, turning to compass headings, stalls, as well as acrobatic instruction. I would urge you to move this route further south and east and or place a floor altitude for it at 6500 feet for separation with the students. If you do not make a change it is only a matter of time until a mid-air collision happens.
