JAL request FAA to consider to allow the future SB 747-28A2291 in the paragraph (f). According to the information from Boeing, SB 747-28A2291 revision 1 will be issued in the near future. So new AD should approve the rework done by not only SB original but also SB rev.1. JAL note that validation of SB original was performed with Boeing using JAL's airplane. During the validation, JAL and Boeing picked up minor discrepancies found in the original release of this SB, and JAL believes it will be corrected in the next SB revision opportunity. Currently JAL has suspended to do the SB work, JAL will plan to start the SB work again soon after SB rev.1 is issued.
