JAL reviewed NPRM and would like to ask FAA to consider followings.
JAL informed Boeing that about error of torque value, fastener quantity that are
mentioned in SB 747-52A2287 Original. On SB Figure 9, Figure 25, Figure 26,
there are micellaneous mistakes such as torque value, fastener quantity, therefore
JAL feels the necessity to issue SB Rev.1 and operators follow SB Rev.1.
Therefore JAL would like to ask FAA to wait the issuance of SB Rev.1 and
coordinate with Boeing. JAL also would like to inform FAA the message number
which JAL confirmed mistakes of SB as REF/A/.
