The compliance section of the proposed Taylorcraft attach fitting inspection (e)(1) (i) doesn't allow for operators who have previously complied with Taylorcraft S.B. 2007-002. The way the A.D. is written "within the next 90 days after the effective date..." would force me to duplicate the inspection even if I just did it. The initial inspection should be "...unless previously accomplished by S.B. 2007-002"
