Regarding Docket # 2008-0195: 1. The U.S. AD is listing only those models of balloons listed on U.S. TC # B2EU. (AX5- 42(S1) through Model AX11-250(S.2). The U.K. Emergency AD listed ALL models of Cameron Balloons. This inlet valve is used on ALL models of Cameron Balloons, including all models listed on TC#s: B1GL, B2GL, B3GL, and B4GL. In addition, they are used on all B1EU, B2EU, and B3EU models. If this AD was to reach all possible users of this model fuel tank, then it should reflect all models on all those TC data sheets. 2. The AD worksheet lists costs of parts as $1500 per part, and one part per balloon. The correct data should be: Costs of parts: $50 per TANK, not $1500. . Number per balloon- anywhere from two to four per balloon. Total cost per aircraft- $100 to $200 per aircraft. Also, the number of aircraft potentially affected should be roughly 40 aircraft on the U.S. register with fuel tank valves that are date stamped 12/05 through 08/06, the date period identifited in the AD. Thank you.
