The phrasing of the AD needs to be redrafted to ensure clear applicability. Different interpretations are possible. Thoughtful consideration of the two sections titled "Applicability" and "FAA's Determination and Requirements of This AD" leave it open to argument whether the AD is intended to apply to propellers associated with those three airframes alone, or should be read more expansively. Please address this issue to provide clear guidance for the aviation community. Thank you.
