AD2008-13-28 states " repetitive intervals not to exceed 50 hours TIS or 12 months from the previous ECI, whichever occurs first, perform ECIs of the area around the lubrication holes of the hub blade socket".This AD should be revised to TIS only since an Aircraft not flown for 12mos would not incure any Hub damage.
