Airworthiness Directives; Honeywell International Inc. TFE731-4, -4R, -5, -5AR, -5BR, and -5R Series Turbofan Engines

Please reference Docket ID FAA-2008-0264. Premier Turbines is a Heavy Maintenance Facility for Honeywell TFE731 engines. Recently discovered that the Honeywell Service Bulletin TFE731-72-3728 does not address a specific P/N 3077105 LPT1 Nozzle for use on TFE731-5BR engines. This LPT1 Nozzle P/N 3077105-2/-4 may be reworked to 3075408-8. However, Table 5 of the bulletin does not address this LPT1 Nozzle P/N 3077105 as a part that can be returned to Honeywell for rework. Request Service Bulletin TFE731-72-3728 be revised to address the LPT1 Nozzle P/N 3077105-2/-4 with a rework disposition code. Regards, Dan Wieprecht Senior Engineer Premier Turbines
