In the section:
Costs of Compliance
"We estimate that this proposed AD will affect 2,170 products of
U.S. registry."
This AD seems to only affect aircraft manufactured by Lindstrand Balloons Ltd, which is a UK based manufacturer, yet this number "2,170" would have to include products manufactured by Lindstrand Balloons US, a separate and distinct product. My concern is that aircraft manufactured in the US will be forced into compliance inspections, even though they are clearly outside of the defect. This AD should ONLY apply to products which originated in the UK.
