Dear Sir Ref A NPRM 2007-NM-316-AD With reference to above NPRM, have further unsafe conditions been discovered with the auxiliary fuel tank system? or is this still part of the on going defects that will be rectified by the service bulletins already issued? (ST00936NY-28-SB-001 and SB-021 for B737-700 IGW). Will the the compliance time dead line, for any new ADs, still remain at December 2008? Pats informed me that if iordered and paid for my SB kits, which i have done, then an extension to the December 2008 dead line would be approved, is this correct? The extension was for the auxiliary fuel tank rework to coinside with our C check March 2009, a maintenance slot has already been booked.
