We have already purchased and secured from PATS modification kits for our five
(5) BBJ B737-700IGW operated aircraft. However, the best possible modification
slots that PATS proposed is starting by December 2008 for the 1st aircraft and
goes beyond up to 3rd quarter of 2009 for the 5th aircraft. Thus, we request
consideration for extending the compliance time for operators that have purchased
the mod kits and have confirmed slots for these modifications.
