Airworthiness Directives; Various Transport Category Airplanes Equipped With Auxiliary Fuel Tanks Installed in Accordance With Certain Supplemental Type Certificates

we need your help because we have some problems about the accomplisment AD 2008-22-01 Colombian Air Force have B-737-700 BBJ S/N 29272 (YG028), with STC ST000936NY for auxiliary Fuel Tanks Configuration E (according AMM 28-14- 10/401). In according AD 2008-22-01 TABLE 1, the deactivation of auxiliary fuel tanks applies to airplanes with STC ST00936NY-D, are these applicable for our airplane? Additionally we will accomplish the service bulletins No.ST00936NY-D-28-SB- 001_ E and No.ST00936NY-D-28-SB-021_ E on January/09. We request to know the following: - If we accomplished these service bulletins our airplane will meeting the requirements of SFAR 88? Are these approved as an AMOC? - Are These Service Bulletins approved for FAA? - If we are going to accomplish these Service Bulletins, should deactivate our auxiliary fuel tanks? Thank you. LT.
