Docket No. FAA-2008-0402; Directorate Identifier 2007-NM-165-AD Relative to the AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE " AFM Revision", JAL has comment. 1. The condition which using anti-ice should be limited in " near convective weather in icing condition." 2. The wing anti-ice operation should be removed from the AFM limitation. Please find the attaching file for details
