AD 2004-22-05 requires repetitive detailed inspection for discrepancies (wear or cracking) of the fuselage skin under the dorsal fin assembly and new AD would retain this requirement. JTA (Japan Transocean Air) plans to install wear strips per Boeing SB 737-53A1266. In order to avoid the removal of wear strip, JTA would like new AD to accept the repetitive inspection for either" fuselage skin" or "wear strip".
