PROMISES OF BENEFITS WHEN I ENLISTED AS A SINGLE MALE HAVE BEEN CHANGED.VA,IN COMPUTING MY FINANCIAL POSITION, NOW INCLUDES MY WIFE'S SOCIAL SECURITY PENSION WHICH FORCES MY INCOME OVER THE LIMIT ALLOWED TO RECEIVE FREE VA HEALTH CARE. THIS PROCEDURE IS UNFAIR TO ALL ENLISTEES WHO ARE NOT ADVISED OF THIS TECHNICALITY AT THE TIME THEY ARE RECRUITED.
