With reference to the Airworthiness Directive No. 2008-10-03, regarding Bell
412, we have the following questions:
1) if, during the accomplishment of paragraph (b), we find any damage (within
the maximum repair limits) on tail rotor blades, what is the required corrective
action?
2) Is it required to accomplish paragraph (c) together with paragraph (b), every
25 hours/30 days?
3) Is paragraph (c) a "not-repetitive" task? or is it required to accomplish it
before each flight, during preflight inspection?
