Dear Sirs, Expressjet Airlines would like to comment on NPRM 2007-NM-028- AD, “Honeywell Integrated Navigation Units”. The NPRM in paragraph (l) calls for an inspection on “any INU that is not identified in table 2 of this AD”, however the proposed rule does not take into account the units which have already been driven to “Mod T” status by Honeywell S.B. 7510100-34-0037. Expressjet requests that compliance with Honeywell S.B. 7510100-34-0037 be considered as an alternative to the inspections required in paragraph (l) of the proposed rule.
