I believe this is a good amendment to the rule. Even though it imposes an extra burden - and perhaps and extra cost - on the airlines it will be helpful to have for safety reasons in the event of an emergency. In my opinion, this is money well spent. The ends justify the means so this proposed rule should take effect.
