I speak against FAA-2008-0797-0001 and the NPRM it proposes. The proposed rule change would be ineffective towards improving safety, would be burdensome to follow and enforce, and oversteps the FAA's mandate. I ask you to i) extend the comment period, and ii) pay close attention to expert groups such as the EAA.
