Two Comments 1) COST OF COMPLIANCE There is no discussion of warranty consideration contained within the service bulletin. 2) METHOD OF COMPLIANCE Aircraft modified per SB 601R-28-053 Original issue were mandated by AD 2006- 02-10 to have SB A601R-28-064 accomplished. Air Wisconsin has thirteen aircraft in this configuration. This NPRM should recognize that any aircraft first modified by 601R-28-053 Original issue and then further modified by A601R-28-064 be in compliance with the new directive.
