I worked in airport administration at Glendale Muni in 1987 when the airport first opened in its present location. The airport manager at that time suggested this very action. That it has taken 20 years to get the FAA to same spot the local GA Airport adminstrator took back then seems appropriate. This is absolutely needed and should be the basis of an concomitant temporary action requiring this until a permanent action can be finished.
