1: The proposed Luke SATR has a corner just NE of Luke that is very likely to cause unintentional clipping by pilots inbound to GEU. If cleared straight in to runway 19 from Arrowhead Mall. 2: The area just west of DVT class D and NNE of Luke marked as 040/030 will encourage most pilots inbound to GEU to fly under this short distance to report over Arrowhead Mall and head east of the SATR to track south for an entry into GEU’s Pattern. Effect would be the concentration of traffic at low level in and out bound, for both DVT and GEU. Increase of 1000 ft alt making this box 050/040 would allow GA traffic to come inbound at 2500 and out at 3500 ft. 3: The extreme NNW section marked as 060/030 needs to stay more in line with the current Luke alert area as it heads north toward E25 as the lower altitude restriction starts to push you into the foothills if trying to fly under. 4: The area immediately west of GYR, small triangle marked as 040/021, does not allow transition for pilots trying to go west and SW, GYR typical transition is “at or above 2600 ft”, needs to be raised to 2700 ft.
