Proposed Establishment of Special Air Traffic Rule, in the Vicinity of Luke AFB, AZ

After looking at the proposed airspace changes around Luke Air Force Base, I am opposed to these changes. They are much too extensive and restrictive for such a congested area leaving little time to call the different controlled air spaces while transitioning through the area.
