This new airspace and communication protocol seems very complex. Departing to the west from Deer Valley (DVT) takes one almost immediately into this airspace during a high workload period of flight. This requires immediate communication handoffs and instrument changes. The Communications should be integrated with DVT and the airspace should be simplified to avoid confusion and violations. Additonally, the hours of operation should be prominently communicated in a form easily accessible by GA pilots just prior to departure. ATIS would be a good method.
