With reference to the CL-600-2B19, this AD specifically references AFM TR 155-
5. It also states that if identical information is incorporated into a general revision,
that would be acceptable as well.
Bombardier has already superseded TR 155-5 with TR 155-6.
The AD does not make a provision for allowing the use of TR 155-6.
Bombardier does not always make superseded TRs available, therefore potentially
causing problems in getting the AD referenced documents in order to comply.
I would suggest that language be included in the AD that allows for subsequent
TRs to be used to comply with the provisions of the AD.
