Aircraft Noise Certification Documents for International Operations

We carry a manual onboard each aircraft which contains various documents such as permitted authorizations, and specifications for the company's operations. The manual is part of our manual system. I feel that it should be up to the operator's discretion as to the appropriate manual that will contain the aircraft noise certificate provided it is carried onboard the aircraft to meet the regulation.
