This rule if pass need to be for ALL PAST FAA employess, not only those who work in the field offices. Most of the problem in this area with brepair station and air carriers has been with retired Reginoal offices, and Washington person who were top level staff or officers in charge of the Flight Standards (AVS) upper offices they have the conections with those in the power and control.
