Atlantic City Approach (ACY ATCT) is delegated this airspace from Washington Center (ZDC) We already have coverage and minimum vectoring altitudes (MVA's) down to the altitudes specified in FAA-2008-1170. We provide very safe and efficient service in this area to numerous ACY arrivals and departures, ANG 177th fighter wing CAP and training flights, and Coast Guard SAR missions as well as regular training missions. Also included in this airspace are 26N and WWD which we run numerous IFR operations into each year. We provide this service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The area I think in question is the minimum enroute altitudes (MEA) on V139 between SIE and HARBO as depicted on the low altitude charts. I am not sure what the underlying purpose of this change is, but I would like to be informed of any proposed changes. If you have any questions about this area please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you Andrew Elias
