November 23, 2008 DOCKET NO. FAA-2008-1201 DIRECTORATE IDENTIFIER: 2008-NM-007-AD Federal Express Corp (FedEx) concurs with the proposal. FedEx currently operates 68 A310 series aircraft which are affected by the proposed rule.
