FedEx Express has conducted a review of our fleet and stock and determined that we have no Stage 1 HPT disks with the subject suspect part number in our system. Furthermore, the 9367M45G06 part number will be stipulated as obsolete in our system in order to prohibit authorization for future purchase or acquisition as either a piece part or as part of an assembly. The proposed rule is not expected to have any adverse effect on FedEx either operationally or financially. FedEx finds, therefore, that we have no concerns with the contents of the AD as currently proposed by this NPRM.
