To Whom It May Concern: In Table 1 of the proposed AD, please delete the part number 6420-66340-041 in the second row. The -041 is not to be used on the S-64F model. In Section (a) (3), please delete the part number 6420-66340-041 in the second row. The -041 is not to be used on the S-64F model. In Section (d) (2), please dele the words “other than a strap” and delete all of (d) (3). The reason for this change is because MPI cannot be performed on the strap when it is installed on the aircraft. It would have to be FPI’d with the other parts in (d) (2). A draft of the proposed AD is attached showing the changes I am requesting. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
