I have 2 comments. 1) Paragraph numbering Clarification: If parts Part IV and Part V have 2 sections, can they be labeled as such? Example: Part IV (a) New Maintenance Action and Part IV (b) New Optional Maintenance Action. This will help when it comes to creating our Compliance Documentation. 2) What data is available that substantiates the repeat of the low temperature torque test 12 months following the initial test?
