Crew Resource Management Training for Crewmembers in Part 135 Operations

We work in aerospace education especially in the human factors area. We want to support your intention to make mandatory CRM for part 135 operators... not just 2 crew on demand types but the single pilot charter operators as well. Too many operators push pilots beyond their safe limits in the name of revenue, especially where the fatigue factor plays a part from overwork. We need to regulate these. We currently are developing a single pilot resource managment course for general aviation to reduce pilot error accidents. Please alert us if this part 135 regulation goes into effect as we could adapt our courses to comply with the new ruling.
