Dear Sir, dear Madam, Please find attached EASA AD 2009-0157, dated July 17th, 2009. Like current NPRM FAA-2009-0055, this new AD requires application of SB A300-24-0103 at lastest Revision 03, but with slight differences anyway. Airbus is then kindly requesting FAA to review current NPRM in the light of this new EASA AD, especially for: - Reason paragraph (e) of proposed rulemaking, and - Paragraph (g) of proposed rulemaking, in order to qualify current requirements depending on the aicraft Configuration as specified in EASA AD 2009-0157.
