1. We believe paragraph (d) of the proposal can be enhanced in context to better reflect the experience to date. As such, we suggest addition of the following sentence be inserted between the sentence ending “…single-blade separation events”, and the sentence beginning “We are issuing this AD …”.
Insert: In each case, the engine continued to produce commanded thrust.
2. Paragraph (f) of the proposal does not reflect the latest approved and published version of SB 72-0360. The latest version is revision #7, which was issued on June 2, 2009.
3. Paragraph (i) of the proposal should be updated to include revision #6 of SB 72-0260, which was issued on May 1, 2009.
