We have reviewed subject internally and with GSAC (delegated agent to draft
EASA AD)
Please find our comments:
1 / NPRM paragraphs f(2), f(2) i, f(3), f(3)i
[...] since the date of issuance of the original french standard airworthiness
certificate or the date of issuance of the original french export certificate of
airworthiness [...]
There is no more "french" EXPORT airworthiness certificate
now, it is replaced with
-EASA export airworthiness certificate for A/C to be exported outside Europe
- EASA FORM 52 for A/C that are delivered to european customer / operators
2 / paragraph f(3)i, f(3)ii
[...] within 18 mo after the effective date of this AD [...]
we think that it is necessary to add ...or at the next scheduled bogie beam
overhaul, whichevers occurs first ... to the above sentence
