I would like a revision to the compliance time for paragraph (f)(2) from "...repetitively thereafter at intervals not to exceed 100 hours TIS" to read "...repetitively thereafter at intervals not to exceed 110 hours TIS" Reasoning is that an aircraft 100 hour inspection allows 10% (10 hours) to return an airplane to base for inspection [14CFR91.409(b)]. Revising the AD to allow 10% more time would allow the AD to match the inspection program that most of the airplanes are on. There would be no change in safety beyond that already allowed by 14CFR91.409(b).
