Condition of the nose baggage compartment light has no effect on the safety issue adressed in AD 2009-13-06.
Futhermore in many cases it is desireable to remove or decomission the nose baggage light to prevent battery drain when the door is open.
The requirement to inspect the nose baggage light should be removed from AD 2009-13-06.
