Airworthiness Directives Bombardier Model CL 600 2C10 (Regional Jet Series 700 and 701) Airplanes and CL-600-2D24 (Regional Jet Series 900) Airplanes

The following comment is submitted on behalf of Comair, Inc. This is a request to revise Paragraph (f) in order to reflect the most current AFM revisions. Bombardier TR RJ 900/48-3 has been superseded by TR RJ/75; which has been superseded by TR RJ/75-1; which has been superseded by TR RJ/75-2 dated Apr 22/09. Bombardier TR RJ 700/87-3 has been superseded by TR RJ 700/107-1 dated Nov 20/08. Paragraph (f) should be revised to require inclusion of the information in AFM TR RJ 900/75-2 dated Apr 22/09 for the 900 series airplanes and AFM TR RJ 700/107- 1 dated Nov 20/08 for the 700 and 701 series airplanes.
